We have to admit the Crocs Expo Sales is definitely more organized than the one held in Thye Hong Centre. We were glad the entrance and queue are well marshaled upon reaching. Crocs had anticipated the crowds and had advised parents to leave their baby trams at a “Tram Parking Area”. They have also set up a baggage counter for visitors to safekeep their bags and belongings.
Everything was well thought out beforehand and there was good enough space to allow buyers to move or stand around comfortably between different Crocs product segments. Apart from that the staff were very helpful in assisting buyers on specific sizes and models when being asked, no more search-and-grab scenes or box hunting.
The only slight disappointment is the lack of cashiers leading to a horrendous queue that took up almost half of the hall space but overall it was a well worth trip and from the positive feedbacks we have got from our readers, our team would like to congratulate Crocs in this successful Expo event!
