i was there at 9.30am and there was not a single item left! the ad states 9am-6pm, but they opened doors at 8am for the early birds – how could they?! it’s a complete waste of time!

great deals singapore should stop posting for haute avenue.

Yes it is quite puzzling as to how the sales can continue for another 2 days. The next sales will be from 3-5 Dec. A bit hesistant as to whether I want to go again since it was a wasted trip today. :(

Very bad experiene. Was there at 9.10am and disappointed that the shelves were empty…Told my gf and they drop by during lunch hour, and discovered a notice printed and pasted on the wall…it mentioned all were sold out at 11+…BULL-SHIT!

They are just trying to cover their mess! Liars!

Yeah its true. I was so shocked that ALL bags are sold and they will held another one in Dec. Complete waste of time to go knowing that you would not get a chance to even see.

Thanks! Please verify with source and do not state that it is ” Kate Spade Warehouse Sale” when it is not. Kate Spade fans, it may be a better deal if you have friends in US or going to US to buy for you them instead of wasting time going to a dishonest reseller who sources and trades bags with limited stocks and claims to be a Kate Spade Warehouse Sale.

Checked out the Haute Avenue Kate Spade sales yesterday and today. Quite authetic but bags are not the latest. Asked them and they apologised for last month’s situation as they did not expect their “members” to spread the news so well. The pre-sale was for registered members and since the boss did not put a limit some ladies grabbed 5/6 bags off the shelves. Heard that they have more stocks for tomorrow (last day of sales). Anyway, they are planning monthly sales. They are kind of like parallel importers..

We would like to extend our gratitude to all our customers for turning up and making our 6-8 Nov sales event such a success. More importantly, we would like to humbly apologise to all customers who attended our sales event but were not able to make any purchases. We did not expect the magnitude of the turnout and thus were not able to serve all of you adequately.

Our November event was actually meant to cater to a select audience from our private mailing database and our facebook friends. We did not realise that our promotional email had been forwarded to thousands of customers beyond our planned mailing list. Regretably our presale the day before, which was initially meant for a small group, saw 80% of our stocks sold, and subsequently all our stocks being sold out on the first day of our event within an hour of the opening. The overwhelming response was truly beyond our wildest imagination. That said, we are bitterly saddened that we had disappointed and unwittingly let a lot of you down. Once again, we are sorry for the inconvenience we caused.

We are glad that we hosted a more successful 3-5 Dec sale and were given an opportunity to redeem ourselves. Looking at the postive feedbacks we receive from our friends and fans on facebook, we would like to think we have learnt our lesson well.

Hope you can give us another chance to make it up to you at our next sale. Join us on facebook to be updated on our future events.

Thank you.
