Hotcakes are nothing new in McDonald’s yet they can turn up as a new menu item when they simply add cheese and ham to it, making the somewhat plain hotcakes that little more exciting. Disappointingly the hot fudge and strawberry syrup that you see drizzled in the photo are sold separately at 50c each.
