We featured SAFRA’s early partnership with Shaw Theatres a year ago offering 1-for-1 weekend (Saturday & Sunday) movie tickets, and that’s just $5.50 per ticket which is awesome value. SAFRA went on to extend their partnership till later this year but with the contract expiring this September month, for some reason neither one nor both organizations is interested to extend the deal to SAFRA members.
Now it seems MayBank eVibes is the only credit card that offers 1-for-1 movie tickets at Orchard Cineleisure only till end of 2014. If you have been using SAFRA card at Shaw Theatres, unfortunately come October, you won’t be able to redeem this 1-for-1 offer so if you have any movies you wish to catch this couple weeks, you know what to do.
