HDB has just announced 6 new BTO projects for towns located in the mid-eastern and western part of Singapore – West Terra @ Bukit Batok, Buangkok Edgeview and Buangkok Square in Hougang, Yung Ho Spring I and Yung Ho Spring II in Jurong West and St George’s Towers in Kallang/Whampoa.
This is the first time HDB is introducing staggered downpayments for 2 and 3 room flats, aim at flat owners who wish to right-size to a new flat but have their funds tied to existing flat.
There are a total of 4,360 units in studio, 2 to 5 room and 3-Gen flats available for online application from now till next Tuesday, 30 September 2014. Estimated completion dates of these BTO projects are between 4th quarter 2017 to 1st quarter 2019.
If the current launch doesn’t appeal, you might be interested to know that the next BTO sale launch will be in November 2014 with locations in Sembawang, Sengkang, Tampines and Yishun.
