Uber offers late last year seems to be working well for them, now being one of the top taxi and ride-sharing app here in Singapore. The gaps between offers are widening and the discounts diminishing, a sign it could have already achieved market saturation and they want to keep their finances in the green.
Well it’s still better than nothing, with Uber offering 10% off all your taxi rides starting this February month. No mention on the end date so it could well extend to the next month so let’s keep our fingers crossed. No action is required, simply book UberTaxi via the app and the discount will apply automatically.
If you are looking for even more affordable rides, we suggest using UberX after 11pm and taxi rides in the day or afternoon. UberX rides in the day sometimes chalked up higher fees due to getting stuck in traffic or busy roads, partly due to their fees include time-based calculations.
