Lo Hei or otherwise known as the Prosperity Toss is a must-eat dish during the Lunar New Year and while the usual main ingredient is raw salmon, Thai Express is now offering their first-ever Soft Shell Crab version in thai-style dressing.
For folks who can’t take fish, raw food or simply find salmon boring, here’s an alternative you might find interesting though it’s should be quite a challenge to toss the crab in whole. Thai Express is also giving away customized red packets (in limited quantities) when you order this new Lo Hei dish.
