According to a Straits Times report (and later on their Facebook page) today, MyRepublic has confirmed that they will be holding a mobile trial in Jurong Lake district later this year and plans to give away 1,000 SIM cards to trial participants.
Priority will be given to existing MyRepublic broadband subscribers and successful applicants will enjoy unlimited 4G data in the 3-month test from August. More details and registration information to be revealed on MyRepublic website and social media soon.
MyRepublic is one of the few companies in the run to become Singapore’s fourth telco provider and had earlier announced that they will be offering unlimited mobile data plans quoting “Never Worry About Data“.
