LTA will be organising a free preview on the twelve new Downtown Line 2 (DTL2) stations come Saturday, 5 December 2015. The new stations are as follows:

There will be activities and celebrity emcees appearances lined up at six themed stations which are Rochor, Little India, Newton, Botanic Gardens, Beauty World and Bukit Panjang. The other six stations will have activities on a smaller scale.
Commuters will also be able to take selfies with delightful characters such as the Samsui Women, Kacang Putih Man, ‘Ketupat and Satay’ man, Bhangra Dancers and many more make their rounds at the DTL2 stations.
To encourage the use of the new stations, LTA will offer free travel on all 18 stations on DTL1 and DTL2 for six days starting from 27 December 2015 to 1 January 2016. Commuters only need to start and end their journey at any of the 18 DTL stations to enjoy free travel.
