Hello Kitty is going high tech this June later this year at Suntec Convention. Fans of the popular Sanrio character will get a chance to play an engineer in the five interactive gaming departments in Sanrio Robotics Institute (S.R.I.) at the exhibition.
The 11-day event set to begin on 11th June 2016 is its first in Singapore after its successful runs in Hong Kong, Taiwan and Shanghai. Original Hello Kitty designer Ms. Yuko Yamaguchi will also be making a special appearance with an autograph session on 20th June. There will also be lots of exclusive collectibles such as figurines with interchangeable parts, LED umbrellas, luggage, metal-covered organisers and more.
Fans can also collect “Koins” using a gaming card which comes with the admission tickets. The Koins can be used to redeem parts and accessories for dressing up their own robot kitty, available for purchase at $38 ($30 during early-bird period).
Tickets are priced at $28 for adults and $14 for children age 3 to 11 years and senior citizens. Early bird discounts are available at $22 and $11 respectively from 11th to 21st April 2016. Tickets will be released via Robot Kitty’s official website and selected retail partner stores.Learn more from Robot Kitty
