Jeans are probably the most-worn unisex clothing in the world but when it comes to managing them, there’s just no love. We either throw them on the bed or floor, hook them sluggishly behind doors or end up with ugly wrinkles and creases if you fold them away.
The Jean Hanger is one of those why-didn’t-I-think-of-it items but according to its creator, the product development took over a year and didn’t materialise until many prototypes later. It works simply by placing the jean’s belt loops onto the Jean Hanger’s middle hook and both ends, thereby delicately holding your jeans in a neat and straight manner.
Made out of a solid piece of beech wood without moving parts, the Jean Hanger will probably last a lifetime. It can also double up as a jeans dryer solution since clothes dryer machines will damage and shrink denim.
Since its launch on Kickstarter, the Jean Hanger has received a lot of demand and will be adding worldwide shipping option this week. It is priced at CAD$25 for a set of 3 hangers and expected to ship in September later this year.Pre-order on Kickstarter
