Old Streets New Treats is the aptly named slogan for the first ever edition of the inaugural Keong Saik Carnival.
This Saturday, 28 May, the historical street which has been given the conservation status more than two decades ago will feature a street carnival, live music and bands as well as pop-up cocktail bars and local treats.
At the heart of the carnival is the street bazaar where you will find a marketplace of clothing, homeware, cult magazines, vinyl records and more. There will also be live art installations, heritage tours and cultural workshops.
