The next Apple event is scheduled to be held next week on 27 October, according to fresh confirmations coming from Recode.
The new MacBook Pro is likely to be revealed at the event since the last iteration of the laptop was back in 2012. Top rumours suggest the new machine will feature OLED customisable keys on the top row of the keyboard. New iMac, MacBook Air and a standalone 5k resolution monitor are mentioned in the rumour mill as well.
The move is somewhat expected since Apple released MacOS Sierra without new devices introduced. Sales of Macs have also met a decline last quarter with customers likely to hold off their purchases in anticipation of the refresh.
The event is expected to be held in Apple’s Cupertino campus.
