Jack is a little device that will make your wired headphones wireless

You can pre-order it now

Ever run into the problem of headphones wires too short or times when you need to keep the volume down at night but can’t do so? Now you can with Jack.

Not your next-door-neighbour Jack – This nifty little gadget created by Podo Labs is essentially a Bluetooth audio adapter for your wired headphones, turning your favourite wearables wireless instantly. No frills no hassle, just plug and play.

It uses aptX to deliver better sound quality over Bluetooth and have gotten raving reviews from critics including TechCrunch and Gizmodo. Comes with a small yet long-lasting 300mAh battery that will last 12 hours of playing. Jack is also capable of syncing with another Jack for sharing tunes, one of the first in the world to do that.

Another feature worth mentioning is that Jack can transmit audio to another Jack that is plugged into devices such as TV, in-flight entertainment and more, especially useful when devices don’t support Bluetooth.

You can pre-order a pair at US$49 ($8 more for shipping) on Indiegogo now, a reasonable price to pay for that convenience. Jack will ship in July later this year.
