KFC Singapore teases new bunless ‘Double Steamed Chicken’ Burger with strange fillings

Dunno what to say really

This burger confirm is a love or hate affair.

At first look, it looks similar to the Zinger Double Down Burger that was re-launched in Malaysia a while back, but a closer look reveals what seems to be a new creation from KFC Singapore themselves.

According to the teaser video released on the restaurant’s Facebook page, the Double Steamed Chicken Burger (not sure if it’s the official name) is filled with some eyebrow-raising ingredients – Sauerkraut coleslaw, spicy pickled cucumber and sambal honey sauce.

One thing for sure, it’s going to be a sweet, sour and spicy mix. Perhaps riding on McDonald’s famed Nasi Lemak Burger, it seems KFC is trying to do the same with this burger. A blessing nevertheless for those on a diet since this burger definitely is low on carbs.

KFC did not disclose when it will be available, but we should be expecting it sometime this or next week.
