Society of Moral Charities Visually Handicapped Massage Team
Since July 2006, the Society of Moral Charities (Visually Handicapped), SOMCVH, has worked to
train visually impaired persons with skills to make them independent earning members of society.
The visually impaired masseuses and masseurs have completed Traditional Chinese Massage courses and have attained the National Skills Recognition System certificate for Upper Body Massage and Foot Reflexology. This certificate is endorsed by the Singapore Workforce Development Agency.
The masseuses and masseurs are currently operating at the premises of Society of Moral Charities (Visually Handicapped) at 830 Thomson Road, S574624 (Mondays to Fridays, 10:00 am to 3:00 pm).
Rates: $12 for 20 minutes and $15 for 30 minutes of massage.
In addition, they also accept jobs for mobile team – consists of 2 to 5 masseuse who will come to the office / school premises to do massage. The location /timing as well as the duration can be fixed in advance.
