Facebook now enables 360° Photos from your smartphone panoramic captures

Standby for the new immersive experience

If you Facebook much on a daily basis, now there’s a new feature that you can impress your friends with. Simply called 360° Photos, Facebook latest photo feature lets you share your panoramas on Facebook in a more interactive and immersive way.

All you have to do is learn how to take a panoramic photo from your smartphone, upload it through Facebook mobile app and it is smart enough to recognise and convert it to a 360° photo once you have shared it.

The feature is still being rolled out to Facebook users so there’s a chance you won’t see the new photo feature on Facebook mobile app. It should, however, be available when you access Facebook from your desktop/laptop web browser.
