ASOS is one of the largest online fashion and beauty store in the world based in the UK which also serves Singapore customers. The company has just announced a new return guideline for customers here.
Previously when customers purchase from ASOS, they would have to send the order back and request a refund on the postal fees if the clothes are not satisfactory or damaged on receipt. However, with the new changes, customers can now return the order for free within 28 days of receiving it through SingPost.
Turns out ASOS have engaged logistics service provider wnDirect to manage their returns from selected countries including Singapore. All customers have to do is print out the return label from ASOS’s wnReturns page and drop it at any SingPost branch across the island.
Now you can shop on ASOS all you want without worrying about fitting or return issues.
