Head down to BreadTalk stores today and you will be in for a treat, especially if you are a fan of Japanese-inspired foods.
The popular local bakery had recently introduced new buns and cakes in line with Japan’s Sakura season – new creations influenced by Japanese favourites like okonomiyaki and yakitori as well as using ingredients such as teriyaki sauce, bonito flakes, edamame, matcha and red beans.
The buns and pastries are priced around $1.60 to $2 each available at all outlets while roll and whole cakes go up to $28 and are only available at selected outlets.
Customers can also enjoy a $1 discount on minimum $6 spending (at least one item from Japanese-inspired range) with Singtel Dash app from now until 16 April 2017 or limited to first 3,000 redemptions, whichever comes first.
