Fuji Soba now serving Singapore’s first Deep-Fried Soba with Seafood Sauce

Busy day at Fuji Soba Singapore, 100AM mall

Fuji Soba is one of the newest Japanese restaurants in Singapore that originates from Tokyo Shibuya, Japan. With over a hundred stores across Asia, the restaurant with a history since 1966 serves authentic Japanese soba dishes made buckwheat flour imported from Japan.

Apart from traditional cold or hot soba that serves with a dipping sauce, the restaurant has come up with a Singapore twist – Deep Fried Soba with Savoury Spicy Seafood Sauce.

See below for the sizzling demonstration.

The new dish, priced at $18.50, features soba fried till a crisp (similar to Sang Mee or Ee Mee found locally) and topped with bonito flakes before pouring sizzling hot savoury spicy seafood sauce over it.

Sounds delicious? You can find Fuji Soba at 100AM shopping mall (100 Tras St).
