The 2018 iPad is quietly launching in the Apple Stores and despite the lack of buzz around it, the brand new tablet features some very solid upgrades.
Already into its sixth generation, the new iPad’s first and foremost upgrade is a speed bump – it is now powered by an A10 Fusion quad-core processor that will come in handy when editing 4K videos, playing intensive games or experiencing the latest augmented reality apps.
With the new support for Apple Pencil, tablet owners can now jot down notes, draw, paint or even sign paperwork with pixel-perfect precision and responsiveness that naturally feels like a real pencil.
The new iPad has the same prices as its predecessor, starting from S$498 for a 32GB Wi-Fi only model. The Apple Pencil can be purchased separately at S$138. Both are now available on Apple Orchard Road or Apple Store online.Buy from Apple Store
