Upcoming BTO Sale: Punggol Point Cove (Photo: HDB)
This August, HDB will be launching their latest round of BTO flats to the public. One of the estates available for balloting is the Punggol Point Cove, which seats next to the west entrance of Coney Island with units facing the sea.
A total of 1,130 Punggol Point Cove flats will be available when the sale launches and will have a mix of 2-room Flexi, 3-room, 4-room, 5-room and 3-Gen units.

Besides Punggol Point Cove, 940 BTO units will also be available at Punggol Point Woods along New Punggol Road and Northshore Drive.
The total 2,070 combined total number of units in the two new projects will be served by the upcoming Punggol Coast MRT, expected to be ready by 2023. The Punggol Coast MRT is an extension from the Punggol MRT along the North East Line.
More details will be revealed when the sale launches later this month.
