Tribecar launches Singapore’s first ever motorbike-sharing from $0.54 per hour rates

Renting a car in Singapore can be rather pricey if you add up the petrol, ERP charges and parking and with Grab, Uber, Ryde and Urge apps competing in the car-sharing space, car rental business can only get tougher.

Tribecar, a car rental startup offering low car rental rates by the hour, has been pivoting their business to meet with market demands since launching a little more than a year ago.

Which is why starting this week, besides cars, the company now offers motorbike rentals.

The new motorbike rental option means more choices for commuters who have a Class 2B – 2 bike license and for commercial delivery partners who work for food delivery and logistics companies such as Deliveroo, FoodPanda, GrabFood, Honestbee, NinjaVan and more.

Moreover, just in time for those affected by LTA’s upcoming new Personal Mobility Devices (PMDs) regulations.

Rates start from $0.54 per hour during super off-peak hours between midnight and 6am up to $1.61 per hour. There are also options for daily and weekly rental from under $10 per day to $66.34 per week.
