Royal Caribbean ‘Boldest Offer’ promotion now open for booking

Royal Caribbean has just posted what they are calling their boldest offer yet and lets you bring a guest aboard their cruise ships for just $3!
That’s almost as good as a 1-for-1 promotion.
But of course, with a deal like that, there are certain restrictions which include selected periods and destinations to Port Klang, Penang, Malacca and Phuket.
Another thing is the 2nd Guest at $3 Promotion applies to selected departures on Quantum of the Seas, Spectrum of the Seas and Voyager of the Seas on Interior, Ocean view and Balcony stateroom Guarantee categories on twin-sharing basis only.
