Here’s a chicken rice dish you must visit if you stay in the west or happen to pass by.
Qi Lin Xuan (麒麟轩鸡饭) is a chicken rice stall located at block 442 in Jurong West and they are famous for their fragrant chicken rice balls, which the stall sells at just 40 cents each.
Now you can add rice (balls) to your heart’s content.
Opens at 6am daily
According to a feature video by Damn Worth It facebook page, the boss is born in Malaysia (currently Singapore citizen) and his chicken rice balls are inspired by the same popular dish in Malacca.
However, his version of the chicken rice balls is larger than what the shops in Malacca are selling.
The stall opens ridiculously early too, as early as 6am. The next time you want chicken rice for breakfast, you know where to head to.
