S’pore first mala mazesoba and ramen dishes coming soon
Here’s a new ramen dish to try in town if you are into spicy things, or more specifically mala dishes.
Famous Japanese mazesoba (mixing ramen) bar Menya Kokoro will be opening their second outlet at 100AM mall later this month on 29 July.

As part of the opening, Menya Kokoro will also be introducing new mala ramen dishes made with the spicy and numbing Sichuan peppercorn – Furious Mala Mazesoba and Furious Mala Ramen Soup.

New Cold Ramen
Besides the mala ramen dishes, there will also be a new cold mazesoba dish – Cold Yuzu Chashu Maze. It features a combination of chashu slices, omelette, spring onions, cucumber, tomato, tempura crisps and top with an onsen egg and yuzu sauce.
