A new shopping mall has opened in Johor Bahru’s Tebrau City today (13 Nov).
Named the Toppen Shopping Centre, it spans over 1.1 million square feet (including IKEA) with four levels of shops topped off by an exciting rooftop space with entertainment and international dining options.
It will be connected to IKEA Tebrau, the largest IKEA store in Southeast Asia.
Which means now you shop at Toppen, dine and then shop for furniture at IKEA again all in one destination.
Besides retailtainment experiences, Toppen will have 300 shops and the first-of-its-kind rooftop community hub called The Topp.
It will become the meeting place and heart of the surrounding Johor Bahru community.
Some of the key tenants include Harvey Norman, cinema chain TGV, B.I.G (Ben’s Independent Grocer), physical outlet store of online shopping site 9to9, streetwear brand Concept Haus, Starbucks, Family Mart, Marrybrown and more.
Here’s a quick peek at what’s inside.
Visitors will also be able to find shops and dining places at the rooftop space.
There’s even a climbing gym and skating park at the top.
So cool.
