Former Dome cafe space

Just a few months after opening their first outlet in Singapore, Japan’s largest conveyor-belt sushi chain Sushiro will be opening their second outlet at Shaw House later this month.

Their first outlet is located at Tiong Bahru Plaza.

SUSHIRO – Tuna ($2.20) I have never seen such red tuna meat before! The ruby red tuna was super fresh and soft and really smooth to bite into. Definitely a must-order! . Fatty Tuna ($4.80) The marbling on this meat was insane! The meat was even more tender and almost melted in my mouth. . Tuna (Less Fatty) ($3.20) This was my favourite piece of sushi, I actually liked this even more than the otoro sushi. There was just the right balance of meat and fat to give a tender chew and a clean but flavourful taste. . Tuna with Green Onion ($2.20) Minced fatty tuna was like butter while the green onion gave a subtle spice with a nice crunch, loved this combination. . Salmon Roe Gunkan ($3.20) Fresh roe bursts with flavour in every bite like pearls of ocean water, one of my favourite things to eat. . Salmon with Basil Cheese ($2.20) The seared cheese tasted melty and luscious, then the dish takes a spin when the fragrance of basil comes through and flavours the salmon. This tasted like sushi with an Italian twist, loved it! . Young Yellowtail ($3.20) This was my second favourite sushi, the white yellowtail flesh was firm but fatty and tender. . Smoked Bonito ($2.20) Really big piece of meat, the slight smokey flavour with the sweet meat and the fragrance from the small pinch of ginger on top really makes for a nice mouthful. . Roast Beef with Sea Urchin ($3.20) The beef was meaty a flavourful and paired well with the creamy sea urchin on top. Though, i thought the beef could be more tender, but still very tasty. . Sushiro is the biggest conveyor belt sushi restaurant in Japan. Conveniently located at Tiong Bahru MRT, the ingredients used are imported from Japan. Furthermore, this place is quite affordable considering the quality of ingredients, so it is definitely a must-try for sushi lovers! . Price: $$ . #food #sushiro #drinks #sushirosg #sgfood #sushi #sginsta #sg #singapore #sgfooddiary #japan #tuna #sashimi #lunch #dinner #sgsushi

It’s also the same mall where you can find Isetan Scotts, in case you are wondering.

Can’t wait.
