Braised Pork Belly (Kong Bak a.k.a. 扣肉)

The classic Hokkien dish is one of Singaporean’s favourite and is made by slow-cooking a thick slice of pork belly in black sauce.

It will be served along with a plate of white rice.

All that’s left is to bring your own steamed buns to make Kong Bak Pau.

Yummy.

Breakfast Special Yam Abacus Seeds

The Yam Abacus Seeds (算盘子) is another traditional Hakka dish eaten during festive periods as it signifies wealth.

For those not familiar with the dish, it tastes like carrot cake you find in hawker centres except with a stickier texture as it is made with yam.

Also very yummy.

Bring Your Own Box Promotion

Besides enjoying the festive dishes, customers will also get to enjoy $1 off their bill when they bring their own box or containers.

The promotion is valid all-day from now till 29 February.

You will need to bring a reusable one for obvious reasons and order at least one main course.

The more you bring, the more you save.
