Sold out in Taiwan

Launched earlier in Taiwan a few months ago, the Tiger Sugar ice cream bars quickly sold out in convenience stores after the bubble tea chain announced it will be a limited release.

They are priced at NT$40 per stick (~S$1.80).

According to the review, the new ice cream treat that bears the Tiger Sugar brand is, in fact, made by Xiao Mei (小美). It is the same Taiwanese-based ice cream maker that brought us the original Brown Sugar Boba ice cream.

It was so popular last year fans had to pre-order for it.

Now that they have teamed up with Tiger Sugar, chances are it will likely taste even nicer.

The Tiger Sugar ice cream will reportedly go on sale this Friday at all Tiger Sugar outlets in Singapore, including the new Tiger Sugar Dessert place in Capitol Piazza.
