Free durians for healthcare workers at Yi Liu Ji Durian this week
Yi Liu Ji (一榴季榴莲) is a durian shop located in Choa Chu Kang.
They are known for bringing in lots of affordable durians on a daily basis with lots of fans hoping for a bargain.
They also sell the prized Mao Shan Wang (MSW) variety from Pahang, Malaysia.
If their shop sounds familiar to you, they are also the same shop that was giving away 540kg durians to Pioneers and Merdeka seniors a while ago after the Huawei fiasco.
Free Durian Promotion is back
This week, Yi Liu Ji Durian is once again giving back to the community, this time to healthcare workers, thanking them for their selfless fight against the virus outbreak during this difficult period.
From 24 – 27 February (Mon – Thur), healthcare workers can redeem a set of 3 durians (worth $10) for free when they flash their hospital pass and dine at the durian shop.
According to Yi Liu Ji, the redemption is available throughout their opening hours from 10am – 11pm daily or until their stocks run out.
They should have loads of durians prepared since they were able to give away half a ton worth a while back.
So drop by soon to collect yours or tell your nurse and doctor buddies all about it.
