KFC M’sia launches new Soy Garlic Glazed Drumettes that looks like Korean Fried Chicken

Go JB, not Korea

KFC Malaysia’s new Soy Garlic Glazed Drumette now available

Forget travelling to Korea for now – there’s a new fried chicken across the causeway that even K-pop fans won’t be able to resist.

Going JB now

It’s the new Soy Garlic Glazed Drumette and it’s now available at KFC Malaysia outlets.

It’s clearly inspired by the Korean-style fried chicken or otherwise known as Dakganjeong, which is also covered in sweet garlic soy sauce glaze.

The dish looks normally looks like this.

Or this.

And here’s KFC Malaysia’s take on the dish.

Close enough.

They are available in 3, 5 or 9pc options with prices starting from RM6.30 (~S$2)

You can also get to enjoy a variety of food items (including the all-new drumettes) with The One Box from RM19.90 (~S$6.50).

It has a Zinger Burger, 1 piece of chicken, 2 pieces of Soy Garlic Drumettes, coleslaw, whipped potato and a drink.

So worth it.

You can find KFC outlets after crossing the causeway at City Square, Galleria Kotaraya, or JB Sentral.
