Got an upcoming trip later this month but unsure if you should go for it? Before you make the decision, here’s a piece of good news – Singapore Airlines and sister carrier SilkAir will be waiving change fees for tickets issued between 6 March and 31 March 2020.
This applies for all travel to and from all destinations.
Covid-19 outbreak
The announcement means customers have the flexibility to change their travel plans without incurring additional fees, given the growing concerns over the Covid-19 virus outbreak globally.
Things to take note
Despite the fee waiver, there are a few terms to take note such as top-up fees may still apply for fare differences in the new itinerary and customers must commence their travel before 31 March 2021.
