F&B business in Singapore sure is tough.
Stärker Singapore, a German-style beer restaurant known for their fresh brews, live music and food such as Pork Knuckles, Baby Back Ribs, and Braised Lamb Shank, has decided to call it quits here.
This is what you’ve been missing if you haven’t visited them before.
Their restaurants also have live bands on most days and sometimes hosts music carnivals.
Goodbye, for now
Starker’s exit out of Singapore is rather sudden, closing all 7 outlets in Singapore with immediate effect according to the announcement on their website and Facebook page today (4 June):
We thank all who have supported us since we tapped our first barrel of beer and enjoyed every pint of refreshing brew with us. It is with heavy heart that a difficult decision has to be made and we will cease operations of all Starker outlets. We may be back to tap and when we do, lets come together and celebrate. Prost!
With love, Starker Group
Sad.
