New integrated development expected to complete by 2027 aims to rejuvenate Chong Pang neighbourhood
Good new for Yishun residents staying near Chong Pang City – a new integrated development is in the plans.

A one-stop venue for community, social and leisure activities, the new 0.9-hectare Chill @ Chong Pang, roughly the size of a football field, will begin construction beside the current Chong Pang City soon.
The new integrated development aims to rejuvenate the 40-year old Chong Pang City in Yishun New Town.
It will have amenities and facilities including a new Chong Pang Community Club, a replacement market, hawker centre, swimming pools, gym, fitness studios and commercial shops.
Construction for the new integrated development is expected to commence in 2022 and be completed in 2027.
When completed, it will be more convenient for residents to participate in community, social and leisure activities all under one roof.
The new development will also inject greater vibrancy into Chong Pang City, giving Yishun residents more recreation and lifestyle options.
