Check your redemptions
The Visions cookware and dinnerware are redeemable at all FairPrice, Unity and Warehouse Club outlets, while stocks last.
Do note that refunds and exchanges are not allowed once the redemptions are completed and after you leave the store so make sure you check them properly before leaving.
Other terms and conditions to take note:
- Exclusive Visions Cookware and Dinnerware Bonus Points will be issued from 12 November 2020, 0400hrs till 10 February 2021, 2359hrs at FairPrice, FairPrice Finest, FairPrice Xtra, FairPrice Shop and Warehouse Club stores. Excluding online purchases on fairprice.com.sg.
- Last date for redemption of Exclusive Visions Cookware and Dinnerware is 24 February 2021. WHILE STOCKS LAST.
- Redemption of Visions 5L Covered Dutch Oven is available exclusively at FairPrice Finest and FairPrice Xtra only.
- Please check items before leaving the store. Once Exclusive Visions Cookware and Dinnerware are redeemed, they are considered sold.
- All redemptions are deemed final, no refunds or exchanges of Exclusive Visions Cookware and Dinnerware will be allowed once redemptions are completed.
- Visions Cookware has a limited 10 year warranty on cookware bases that break from hot or cold temperatures (Thermal Breakage). There is a limited 2 year warranty on glass covers that break from oven heat, covered by Corelle Brands (Asia Pacific) Pte Ltd. Accidental breakage from impact (Mechanical Breakage) is not covered by warranty. For these warranties to apply, the owner must follow the Use and Care instructions provided at the time of purchase. Receipt, warranty card and product are required for replacement at Corelle Brands (Asia Pacific) Pte Ltd. Warranty is not applicable to Visions Dinnerware.
- Every nett purchase of $30, except statutory items (4D, Toto, Singapore Sweep, vouchers and cigarettes), in one receipt entitles the customer to one (1) Exclusive Visions Cookware and Dinnerware Bonus Point. Combination of receipts is not allowed.
- Bonus points will not be issued for Unity home delivery service items.
- Bonus points will not be issued for purchases made at Unity Changi Airport Terminal 3 outlet.
- Bonus points will not be issued for payment made to tenants within the store premises.
- Only original FairPrice Exclusive Visions Cookware and Dinnerware Bonus Point stubs will be accepted and no photocopies or faded Exclusive Visions Cookware and Dinnerware Bonus Point stubs will be allowed.
- NTUC FairPrice reserves the right to substitute items of similar value and change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
- In the event of any dispute, the decision of NTUC FairPrice shall be deemed final.
