IKEA Jem scheduled to open in April, will span 3 floors in the mall
IKEA third and latest store in Singapore will be opening doors to shoppers in Jurong East this coming April. The new outlet will be located in Jem and will take up units across 3 floors in the mall, an area of about 6,500 sqm.
Despite that, it will still be a small store compared to IKEA Tampines, which is roughly 6 times bigger.
IKEA’s logo has also recently gone up on Jem’s exterior, as spotted in the photo below.

Here’s a peek of its location in the mall, spotted by Facebook page Singapore Atrium Sale. It’s also the space held by Robinsons formerly, which closed in August last year.

Restaurant & Food Market
Similarly to IKEA Alexandra and Tampines, the Jem outlet will also be equipped with a full-size restaurant and Swedish Food Market, which means IKEA Meatballs, Hot Dogs, Curry Puffs and soft-serves are coming soon.
