You might have noticed a lot of trees in full bloom this week if you are out and about.
According to NParks, these are Singapore’s Trumpet Trees are otherwise known as Pink Poui that are responsible for the pink carpets on the grounds, more recently known as the Singapore version of cherry blossoms.
The five-petalled, trumpet-shaped flowers can grow to about 5cm to 8cm and will only last for several days so this weekend could be your last chance to catch them in full bloom.
Here’s are the locations to catch them in action.
