Cafe in Lavender makes lovely Mt. Fuji Roll Cakes, reminds you of sweeter times in Japan

Missed travelling to Japan? Here’s a treat that will make things better (or worse).

Sweets Craftsman Bakery Cafe

Located in Lavender near King George’s Ave, the newly-opened bakery cafe by the name of Sweets Craftsman has since gone viral for their roll cakes with fillings that look like famous Mount Fuji.

Here’s how they look like.

There are 3 flavours to choose from according to their website, two of them inspired by tea flavours:

They are priced at $7.80 per slice or $38 if you prefer to take the whole roll to share with friends and family.

Where to find them?

If you have trouble find their shop, they are located opposite the iconic Kwong Soon & Co Engineering Works building along Cavan Rd.

There’s more…

Besides Japan-inspired cakes, Sweets Craftsman also has other handcrafted treats including Yuzu Orange and Summer Berries Meringue cakes, Strawberry Shortcake as well as assorted tarts, cookies and macarons.

Lovely.
