The countries the drinks are based on include:
- Canada
- Japan
- Korea
- Mexico
- Singapore
- Taiwan
- U.S.A.
- Vietnam
Here’s a sneak peek at how the drinks will look like.
Maple & S’mores Drink (Canada)
An indulgent beverage with the roasted yet sweet flavours of maple syrup, Canada’s own cultural fabric. Comprising Gong Cha’s signature Milk Tea, the classic taste of the tea is elevated with a drizzle of maple syrup and topped with chunky marshmallows on a stick. To be enjoyed at any time of the day, this beverage is both fun to drink and eat!
Grape Vinegar Tea Drink (Japan)
For those missing the refreshing and original flavours of Japan, a sip of the Grape Vinegar Tea Drink will take you back to the Land of the Rising Sun. The beverage has hints of tart vinegar that gives way to the sweet, fruity undertones of the grape syrup. Made with grape vinegar, green tea, soda, grape syrup and aloe vera cubes for a satisfying bite, those looking for a fruity alternative will not be disappointed.
Daebak Banana Drink (Korea)
Say ‘Annyeonghaseyo’ to Gong Cha’s Daebak Banana drink, a decadent and rich chocolate banana concoction that will satisfy any sweet tooth. Made with a layer of creamy milk foam, banana milk and chocolate drizzle, the drink also includes bits of chocolate crisps for an enjoyable crunch.
Mangonada Drink (Mexico)
Akin to Mexico’s iconic Chamoyada, this drink is a mix of both sweet and spicy. Consisting of tangy mango puree, green tea and soda water, the Mangonada also includes a healthy dose of heat and spice that will linger and tantalise tastebuds. Customers can choose the levels of spice in the drink between ‘mild’, ‘spicy’ and ‘hot’. Best enjoyed by the adventurous eaters, this unique drink is not to be missed.
Rose Bandung Drink (Singapore)
Pretty in pink, fragrant and refreshing, Gong Cha’s Rose Bandung drink takes after the local favourite thirst quencher. Made with Gong Cha’s mellow and light-bodied Alisan Milk Tea and chewy white pearl toppings, the tea’s slightly sweet and floral flavour is complemented by rose syrup to make the perfect concoction of milky, creamy goodness.
Bamboo Charcoal Milk Foam Drink (Taiwan)
Revisit Taiwan, the home of Gong Cha, with this creamy drink! With every sip, the dark and malty flavour of the black tea is accentuated with the savoury layer of milk foam that sits atop the beverage, alongside a subtle sweetness from a drizzle of caramel syrup. The drink is also topped with both white and regular pearls for a hearty chew. Its distinctive colour changes as the milk foam gradually blends into the drink, which also makes for photo-worthy shots.
Cranberry Tea Ade (U.S.A.)
Berry-lovers can look forward to the Cranberry Tea Ade. Reminiscent of fizzy cranberry juice, the drink is made with Gong Cha’s mellow Alisan Tea and adorable star-shaped jellies. The earthy flavour of the tea is complemented by the tartness of the cranberry syrup drizzle along with a satisfying chew from the jelly toppings.
Roasted Caramel Caffe Drink (Vietnam)
Reminiscent of the iconic coffee in Vietnam, the sharp acidity of the aromatic coffee used seamlessly fuses with the sweet, malty and almost-buttery flavour of caramel syrup. Topped off with a creamy layer of milk foam for just the right amount of savoury, this drink is sure to delight any coffee lover.
All the above drinks will be exclusively available at Gong Cha Terminal at SingPost Centre from 10 April (Sat) onwards, while stocks last.
