For those staying in Ang Mo Kio, this noodle stall will probably be familiar to most.
Choy Siang Fishball Noodle is a traditional Teochew-style fishball noodle stall with over 40 years of history, with their stall gaining popularity since the old Lau Pa Sat Market when it first started back in 1973.
Handmade fishballs & fishcakes
The stall is famous for its fishball noodles and soup. According to reviews from customers, they are one of the very few foodstalls in Singapore that still specialise in handmade fishballs and fishcakes.
Their prices are incredibly affordable too at just $2.80 for a small size bowl to only $3.30 for a larger serving.
Long queues up to an hour of waiting are a common scene at Choy Siang, even after they had relocated to Ang Mo Kio.
