Don Don Donki making its way to the east, opening soon in Tampines 1
Good news for Japanese goods lovers staying in the east, especially residents in Tampines.

Japanese discount megastore Don Don Donki will be opening their latest and 11th store in Tampines 1 after their renovation hoarding was spotted by Facebook page I Love Tampines.
It even comes with a friendly greeting “Konichiwa Tampines, come hang out soon!“.
It will be Don Don Donki’s second store in the east after Downtown East (Pasir Ris).
Formerly UNIQLO store
The new Don Don Donki store will take over the units previously occupied by UNIQLO located at level 2 of Tampines 1 shopping mall.

In case you didn’t know, UNIQLO had moved to Tampines Mall earlier this year, opening a larger dual-storey store in the neighbouring mall.

It’s not clear when the new Don Don Donki store will open as there’s no official announcement from the company yet.
