Truffle Bak Kwa is now a thing in S’pore
Fragrance Bak Kwa just took barbecue pork slices to a whole new level.
By adding truffle flavour to it.

The popular Singapore bak kwa chain had recently announced the new flavour on Facebook. According to Fragrance’s description, the Premium Truffle Bak Kwa is made with the finest pork and Summer Black Truffles, no preservatives added.
What’s more, the truffles used are harvested from renowned farms in the Marche and Umbria region in Italy before being air-flown to Singapore.
It is priced at $12 for a 150g pack with the slices pre-cut into easy-to-eat bak kwa coins.
Yummy.
Additionally, customers who purchase the new Truffle Bak Kwa will also get a free pack of BB Bak Kwa (Beef) which is normally priced at $5.25 per pack. The beef bak kwa is made from hind leg meat and marinated with ginseng and wolfberry.
