More TraceTogether token vending machines will get deployed at more locations in the coming months
Got an old and faulty TraceTogether Token but not sure how to replace it? Here’s an easy way to do it now.
Available starting today (26 July), two TraceTogether Token Vending Machines have been deployed at Serangoon Nex and Sun Plaza (Sembawang) and will operate 24 hours daily.
Here’s how the machine looks like.
In order to replace your token, it must be collected or replaced more than 4 months ago. Users must also bring along their personal ID (with barcode) or Singpass Digital IC for verification.
There will be Smart Nation Ambassadors to assist you if you run into any trouble.
Alternatively, users can also replace their tokens at Community Centre/Club or replacement counters at selected malls.
