MUJI Community Market returns to ION Orchard till Aug 4, has Japan-imported fruits, foodstuff & crafts

MUJI Community Market is back again, held at ION Orchard this year

MUJI Singapore has brought back their Community Market pop-up event for a limited time from now till 4 August.

Lots of Japan-imported goods

Held in the ION Orchard outlet, the pop-up event introduces agricultural products, dried food, specialties and crafts, imported from local suppliers in Japan.

Shoppers will also be able to find a selection of fresh fruits and vegetables grown in Japan that is brought in for this event including Kyoho grapes, Kodama watermelon, peaches, cucumbers, eggplants, leek and more.

There are shelves filled with dried goods, condiments and snacks from Japan.

Here’s a quick look at some of them.

Besides fruits and foodstuff, there are Japanese craft products including authentic textiles and cloth products made using traditional dyeing methods.

These textile products are great for making azuma bags, carry bags, mask cases and more with traditional Japanese designs.
