Latest HBD BTO exercise (Aug 2021) now open for ballot application
Housing & Development Board (HDB) of Singapore has just launched their latest Build-To-Order (BTO) exercise, offering a total of 4,989 units comprising of 2-room Flexi, 3-, 4-, and 5-room flats.
Apply by 17 August
The towns available to choose from include Kovan, Hougang, Queenstown, Tampines, Toh Guan and Kallang/Whampoa.
Interested buyers can apply for the new BTO flats online from now till 17 August (Tue), 11.59pm.
Here’s a quick look at the new BTO projects.
Hougang Citrine
- Location: Along Houang Ave 3
- Units Available: 749 units of 2-room Flexi, 3-, 4-, and 5-room flats
- Features: Playgrounds, adult and elderly fitness stations, and a roof garden atop the Multi-Storey Car Park (MSCP)
- Est. Completion: 1st Quarter 2025
Kovan Wellspring
- Location: Bounded by Upper Serangoon Road and Tampines Road (next to Heartland Mall)
- Units Available: 586 units of 2-room Flexi, 3-, and 4-room flats
- Features: Paya Lebar Kovan Community Club, landscape deck connecting 4 blocks, residents’ network centre and a childcare centre
- Est. Completion: 3rd Quarter 2026
Queen’s Arc
- Location: Bounded by Queen’s Crescent and Queensway Drive
- Units Available: 610 units of 3- and 4-room flats
- Features: Wellness trails, pavilions, fitness stations and playgrounds, community hub
- Est. Completion: 3rd Quarter 2027
Tampines GreenJade

Successful applicants will be determined by a computer ballot, and not on a first-come, first-served basis.
