Swensen’s latest creation is a MSW cake that looks like the durian fruit

Here’s a special cake even durian fans will appreciate.

Created by Swensen’s Singapore, the new Premium Mao Shan Wang Ice Cream Cake (with Sea Salt Gula Melaka) is now available at selected outlets and online.

According to the restaurant, it is made with the highest grade of Mao Shan Wang durian puree combined with sea salt Gula Melaka for that luxurious taste.

It comes in 500g and 1kg cake sizes, priced at $66 and $88 respectively.

Looks just like the real thing, except the thorns are perfectly edible. Perfect dessert gift for the durian lovers in your life.

This isn’t the first time Swensen’s created cakes inspired by local favourites. A while ago, they made a Nasi Lemak cake.
