A new Doraemon Exhibition from Japan is set to open in Singapore next month.
The new exhibition which features original drawings from the legendary manga artist and Doraemon creator Fujiko F Fujio will be held outside of Japan for the first time in Singapore’s National Museum from 5 November 2022 to 5 February 2023.
Presented by sports and lifestyle retailer LEYOUKI with support from the museum, there will also be a selection of contemporary artworks that reinterprets Doraemon in our changing world.
Tickets to the exhibition are priced at $30 per person and is now available for booking online via the travel and activity platform Klook.
Children aged 5 and below can enter free of charge (verification of birth cert is required).
This isn’t the first time National Museum has held a Doraemon-themed exhibit – back in 2020, the museum brought in dozens of life-sized Doraemon figurines along with the robot cat’s famous gadgets such as Anywhere Door, Memory Bread and more.
