Here are the key tenants that will be opening soon in Sengkang Grand Mall

Sengkang Grand is one of the latest integrated development that will be opening soon this year in Singapore.

Jointly developed by CapitaLand and City Developments Limited (CDL), the 680-unit condominium located above Buangkok MRT Station also comes with a 3-storey retail mall (named Sengkang Grand Mall), a hawker centre and a childcare centre.

While the TOP date for residences is expected to be sometime in September later this year, the retail mall is likely to open earlier with sources online indicating sometime in early March next month.

The official list of stores, supermarkets and eateries that will be opening in Sengkang Grand Mall has also been revealed.

Key tenants from the list include FairPrice Finest, McDonald’s, Coffee Bean, and UNIQLO.
