Latest BTO exercise to offer 5,032 new flats with shorter waiting times and prime locations
Singapore’s Housing & Development Board (HDB) has unveiled its latest Build-To-Order (BTO) exercise, offering 5,032 new flats across five projects.
With a strong emphasis on affordability and accessibility, 8 in 10 of these BTO flats come with a waiting time of four years or less, ensuring quicker access to homeownership for Singaporeans.
Homebuyers looking for an expedited move-in timeline will be pleased to know that two projects in Yishun, Chencharn Green and Chencharn Vines, boast shorter waiting times of just over three years.
These developments collectively offer 1,531 units and cater to various household sizes with configurations ranging from 2-room Flexi to 5-room flats. Conveniently located near Khatib MRT Station, Northpoint City, and other amenities, these projects are set to be in high demand.

For those who prefer ready-built homes, HDB has also launched a concurrent Sale of Balance Flats (SBF) exercise, featuring 5,590 flats across various estates. Notably, 4 in 10 of these balance flats are already completed, allowing successful applicants to move in much sooner.
Applications for the February BTO and SBF exercises are now open and will close on 17 February 2025. Interested applicants can apply online at the official HDB portal without needing to visit HDB Hub.
With a diverse selection of flats across multiple estates, this BTO launch caters to different budgets and preferences, ensuring that more Singaporeans can find their ideal home. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to secure a place in one of Singapore’s upcoming residential hubs.
